According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Shanghai Jidu Automobile Co., Ltd., an affiliate of Jiyue Automobile, has added a new execution information entry, with an execution amount of approximately 270 million yuan. The executing court is the Xuhui District People's Court of Shanghai, and it involves a financial loan contract dispute with Shanghai Bank Co., Ltd. Caohejing Branch. Qichacha shows that Shanghai Jidu Automobile Co., Ltd. was established in November 2021, with Xia Yiping serving as the legal representative, general manager, and director, and it is wholly owned by Jidu Automobile (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. It is reported that previously, Jiyue Automobile faced a crisis, with layoffs, social insurance arrears, and supplier debts being exposed, drawing public attention.
