Within 45 days after the bill of lading (B/L) date, pay the full shipping amount by T/T, and within the coverage of your export credit insurance.
If your company accepts these payment terms, please let us know so that we can submit the audited financial statements, company registration certificate and VAT registration documents for your review, and submit them to your export credit insurance provider for approval.
After approval, you can issue the sales contract and form invoice based on the CIF in Mombasa, Kenya, reflecting the agreed 45-day O/A payment terms from the bill of lading date.
