Ⅲ. Main Technical Features of the Equipment

This machine is special for the crush material recycling and pelletizing of LDPE, HDPE, PP ABS, PS, etc. It can handle convey, crush and granulate altogether which saves a lot of labor during the process. And the film will be heated when crushed which is good for the plasticity of the material and thus good for the quality of the final granule and the capacity. The crusher uses a large power AC motor and thus, even large block material can put into the feeder; And the screw of the main extruder is uniquely designed to facilitate the compressing of the film, the conveying, the plasticity and the venting process. For the temperature control of the barrel, it uses an accurate data temperature controller, large power iron-casting heater, and low noise cooling fan. And this three cooperate together perfectly to control the temperature of the barrel and insure the quality of the granules. Equipped with an advanced low noise reduction gearbox whose gear teeth is very hard and with forced feed lubrication, this can let the machine adapt to high-speed and continuous running.

1) Main Extruder

This gearbox boasts the characteristic of stable running, low noise, high bearing capacity, long life-span, easy to dismantle for checking use and so on. The material of the reduction box gear is 20CrMnTi, with a process of forging, quenching, carburizing. And the hardness of the gear surface is up to HRC54~62. After digital grinding process, the gear’s size is with high accuracy, and the gears contact smoothly and therefore, with high transmission efficiency. There is a large-thrust self-aligning roller bearing which can bear the axial thrust from the working screw. It uses a lube pump to lubricate the place needed and meanwhile, use a high-efficiency water cooling system to cool the lube.
