I. Main Technical Parameters of the Equipment

3. Applicable raw material: Suitable for the recycling and pelletizing of HDPE and LDPE crushed material.
4. Production capacity: 400-450kg/h depending on the raw material formulation
III. Main Technical Features of the Equipment
This Horizontal Type Water Ring Granulating Extrusion Line is specialized in recycling and pelletizing HDPE crushed material. The specially designed screw structure can effectively eliminate moisture and volatile gases during the melting process, resulting in uniform, firm, and beautiful pellets as well as high production efficiency. Using an advanced low-noise hard-toothed surface reducer with forced lubrication ensures the main extruder adapts to high-speed continuous operation. The plastic cutting method involves scraping by a blade in the melt condition and cooling solidification by circulating cooling water. After high-speed drying, it can effectively remove the finished product's moisture and achieve good drying effects. The cutting process is simple to operate, has a high degree of automation, no dust, low noise, good quality slices, and an attractive appearance.

1) Main Extruder
1.1) Main machine: Ø140/25:1 extruder, 1 set
1.1.1) Dia of main screw: Ø140mm
1.1.2) L/D ratio: 30:1
1.1.3) Theoretical length of the screw: 3600mm
1.1.4) Exhausting hole: Single venting holes
1.1.5) Material of screw: 38CrMoALA high-quality nitriding steel, with quenching and nitriding treatment, nitrogen layer thickness is 0.4-0.7mm, hardness ≥940HV, brittleness level two; feeding opening sprayed with alloy.
1.2) Main barrel
This barrel uses a sectional style of connecting, which makes dismantle much easier and thus very convenient if need some maintenance.
1.2.1) Material of the barrel: 40Cr high-quality nitriding steel, with nitriding treatment, nitrogen thickness is 0.4mm-0.7mm, hardness ≥740HV, brittleness level two

1.3) Reduction gear box
1.3.1) Model No of gear box: 330 low noise gear box
1.3.2) Features of gear box:
This gear box boasts the characteristic of stable running, low noise, high bearing capacity, long life-span, easy to dismantle for checking use, etc. The material of the reduction box gear is 20CrMnTi, with the process of forging, quenching, carburizing. And the hardness of the gear surface is up to HRC54~62. After digital grinding process, the gear’s size is with high accuracy, and the gears contact smoothly and therefore, with high transmission efficiency. There is a large-thrust self-aligning roller bearing which can bear the axial thrust from the working screw. It uses a lube pump to lubricate the place needed and meanwhile, use a high-efficiency water cooling system to cool the lube.
1.4) Changing mesh and Die head
The die panel has been thickened and treated by high-frequency quenching. And then, ground to make it level.
1.4.1) Operating means: Hydraulic double mesh, can be changed with the machine running.
1.4.2) Size of the mesh: 300mm, round shape.
1.4.3) Heating zone: 3 zones
1.4.4) Die power: 14kw, heater voltage is 220v
1.4.5) Heating means: With high watt iron-casting heating panel

2.3) Heating means: Stainless steel quartz heater
2.4) Cooling method: Using copper tube circling water to cool
2.5) Material of barrel: 40Cr high-quality nitriding steel, with nitriding treatment, the thickness of the nitrogen layer is 0.4mm-0.7mm, hardness is more than 740HV, brittleness is level 2.
3. Reduction gear box
3.1) Model No of gear box: 250 type low noise gear box
3.2) Features of gear box:
This gear box boasts the characteristic of stable running, low noise, high bearing capacity, long life-span, easy to dismantle for checking use, etc. The material of the reduction box gear is 20CrMnTi, with the process of forging, quenching, carburizing.
