1. Introduction to Asahi Organic Materials Plastic Diaphragm Valve:
The Asahi Organic Materials RPP plastic diaphragm valve uses a corrosion-resistant plastic valve seat and a corrosion-resistant diaphragm to replace the valve core assembly, utilizing the movement of the diaphragm to regulate flow. It is suitable for regulation of highly corrosive media such as strong acids and strong bases. The structure of the plastic diaphragm valve is simple, with low fluid resistance, and its flow capacity is greater than that of other types of valves of the same specification; it is leak-free and can be used for regulating high-viscosity media and media with suspended particles. The flow characteristics of the plastic diaphragm valve approach a quick-opening characteristic, being approximately linear before 60% stroke, with little change in flow thereafter.
2. Features of Asahi Organic Materials Plastic Diaphragm Valve:
The operating characteristics and working principle of the Asahi Organic Materials RPP plastic diaphragm valve:
(1) The soft rubber diaphragm valve can cut off the medium, using a screw lift structure, with a large opening and closing torque and good stability.
(2) Due to rubber's certain corrosion resistance, it is often promoted as a corrosion-resistant material and has continued to be used today.
(3) The flow path is simple, with a "self-cleaning" effect, making it suitable for dirty media.
(4) Suitable for the transport and cut-off of corrosive media and for flow regulation, with flow components made from RPP or PVDF injection molded parts, offering excellent corrosion resistance, convenient operation, and lightweight, able to replace stainless steel valves.
(5) The sealing diaphragm is made from F46 or PFA, with a fold resistance ≥1200 times, and its corrosion resistance is comparable to F4.
A. The valve disc opens, allowing fluid to enter the valve body, creating low flow resistance. B. The valve disc gently closes downwards, causing the diaphragm to deform downwards, with a small rotary torque required for the handwheel.
C. The valve closes without leakage, and no excessive force is needed to tighten once the diaphragm contacts the valve seat.
3. Installation Instructions for Asahi Organic Materials Plastic Diaphragm Valve:
1. Before installing the Asahi Organic Materials RPP plastic diaphragm valve, carefully check whether the operating conditions of the piping match the specified use range of this valve, and clean the inner cavity to prevent dirt from blocking or damaging sealing components.
2. Do not apply grease or similar substances to the lining and rubber diaphragm surfaces, to prevent rubber swelling, which would affect the service life of the diaphragm valve.
3. The transmission mechanism should not be used as a lifting point, and collisions are strictly prohibited.
4. When operating the diaphragm valve, do not use auxiliary levers to avoid excessive torque that may damage the drive components or sealing areas.
5. Valves should be stored indoors in dry and ventilated conditions, and stacking is prohibited. The ends of the stored diaphragm valve must be sealed, and the opening and closing components should be in a slightly open state.

(PVDF Plastic Ball Valve Features): The PVDF series material plastic valves have good chemical stability, resistance to chemical corrosion, and thermal stability. They can be used for long periods within the temperature range of -40℃-140℃, and can withstand all salts, acids, bases, aromatics, halogens, except for strong solvents. PVDF material is characterized by: flame retardance, fatigue resistance, not easily broken, wear-resistant, and good self-lubricating properties, as well as excellent insulation material.
