Asahi Organic Material RPP plastic diaphragm valve uses corrosion-resistant plastic valve seat and corrosion-resistant diaphragm instead of valve core assembly, utilizing the movement of the diaphragm for regulation. It is suitable for the regulation of strong corrosive media such as strong acids and strong bases. The structure of the plastic diaphragm valve is simple, with low fluid resistance and larger flow capacity compared to other types of valves of the same specification; it has no leakage and can be used for regulating high-viscosity and media containing suspended particles. The flow characteristics of the plastic diaphragm valve are close to fast-opening characteristics, approximately linear before 60% travel, with minimal flow change after 60%.

(5) The sealing membrane is made of F46 or PFA, with a folding resistance of ≥1200 times, and corrosion resistance comparable to F4.
(6) It uses a screw lift structure, with a large opening and closing torque and good stability.

1. Before installing the Asahi Organic Material RPP plastic diaphragm valve, carefully check whether the operating conditions of the pipeline match the specified usage range of this valve, and clean the inner cavity to prevent dirt from blocking or damaging the sealing components.
2. Never apply grease or oily substances to the lining and rubber diaphragm surfaces to prevent rubber swelling, which affects the service life of the diaphragm valve.
3. The drive mechanism should not be used for lifting and must be protected from impact.
4. When operating the diaphragm valve, do not use auxiliary levers to prevent excessive torque that could damage the drive components or sealing areas.
5. The valve should be stored in a dry, ventilated indoor area, and stacking is strictly prohibited. The ends of the stored diaphragm valve must be sealed, and the opening and closing components should be in a slightly open state.
