1. Introduction to Asahi Organic Materials Electric Diaphragm Valve:
The Asahi Organic Materials Electric Diaphragm Valve consists of two parts: the diaphragm valve and the electric actuator. It is powered by an AC220V power supply, enabling the adjustment of fluid medium flow in the process pipeline. Due to the use of a valve body with a corrosion-resistant lining and a corrosion-resistant diaphragm, a structure without a packing box, and a throttling element made of an elastic diaphragm, along with a smooth flow path in the valve body, the electric diaphragm valve has advantages such as low resistance, large flow, no external leakage, and convenient and reliable operation, as well as fire and explosion resistance. It is widely used for flow regulation of strong acids, strong alkalis, highly corrosive materials, high viscosity fluids, media containing particles, fibrous materials, and toxic or non-polluting media in industrial automation systems.
2. Features of Asahi Organic Materials Electric Diaphragm Valve:
The opening and closing of the Asahi Organic Materials Electric Plastic Diaphragm Valve are achieved by pressure from the pipeline acting on the reinforced rubber diaphragm. When the pressure medium enters the valve control chamber, the diaphragm is pressed down, closing the valve passage. When the control chamber pressure is discharged to the atmosphere or downstream pipeline, the diaphragm rises, and the valve passage is opened. The valve does not have a valve rod, sealing gasket, or directional seat, and the only moving part in the passage is the diaphragm, so there is no rust or seizing, providing higher stability. Various structure types and control methods can meet diverse fluid control needs.
