1. Introduction to Asahi Organic Materials Pneumatic Diaphragm Valve:
The Asahi Organic Materials Pneumatic Diaphragm Valve consists of a diaphragm valve and a pneumatic actuator. It uses compressed air as power to regulate the flow of fluid media in the process pipeline. Due to its structure, which features a valve body with corrosion-resistant lining and a corrosion-resistant diaphragm, as well as a structure without packing box and with elastic diaphragm as the throttling element, and a smooth valve body flow path, the pneumatic diaphragm valve has advantages such as low operating force, large flow capacity, no external leakage, convenience and reliability, fire and explosion resistance, making it widely applicable for flow regulation of strong acids, strong bases, highly corrosive, high viscosity, containing particles, fibrous, as well as toxic and non-polluting media in industrial automation systems.
2. Features of Asahi Organic Materials Pneumatic Diaphragm Valve:
The opening and closing of the pneumatic plastic diaphragm valve is achieved by the pressure from the pipeline acting on the reinforced rubber diaphragm. When the pressure medium enters the valve control chamber, the diaphragm is pressed down, closing the valve passage. When the control chamber pressure is released to the atmosphere or downstream, the diaphragm rises, opening the valve passage. The valve has no valve stem, seal pad, orientation seat, etc., and the only moving part in the passage is the diaphragm, so there is no risk of rusting or seizing, providing higher stability. Various structural forms and control forms can be adapted to different fluid control needs.
