Basic Introduction
The common types of fiberglass are: 760, 840, 820, 930, 950, 1050. Product features Fiberglass tiles (sheets) have the advantages of corrosion resistance, aging resistance, impact resistance, high light transmittance, beautiful molding, low cost, and are green building materials.
Features introduction:
Continuous molding, elongation, lightweight and high strength, aging resistance, light transmission, flame retardant, smooth surface, customizable colors, maintenance-free, green and environmentally friendly. The product is widely used in large buildings, modern light steel structure color pressure plate, greenhouse, sports venues, aquaculture facilities, etc.
Light transmittance: Healthy energy-saving from natural light, diffuse optical fiber, comfortable, bright and soft, meeting the requirements of human health function, light transmittance can be controlled arbitrarily between 0-90%.
Weather resistance: Maintain stable performance in the temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃, no softening at high temperatures, no embrittlement at low temperatures; can also be designed as a double-layer structure for better insulation effect, especially suitable for winter production in cold northern breeding farms.
Corrosion resistance: High strength, acid and alkali resistance, non-oxidizing, service life can reach more than 20 years!
High strength: Impact resistance, can resist the impact of wind, snow, and hail, avoid nail hole expansion and leakage.
Flame retardant: The oxygen index of the flame-retardant polycarbonate sheet is ≤30%, meeting the national secondary flame retardant standard.
Notes
· After laying, reserve the position of the polycarbonate sheet, and the construction progresses gradually from the eaves to the ridge. The polycarbonate sheet is directly buckled on the side wave crest of the steel plate.
· Before fixing the polycarbonate tile, make pilot holes, and the hole diameter must be 6-9mm larger than the diameter of the fixing screws for thermal expansion and contraction.
· When overlapping the polycarbonate tile with the steel plate longitudinally, there must be a 200mm overlap, and two waterproof strips must be attached.
· When fixing the polycarbonate tile, use good waterproof washers to place them between the screws and the polycarbonate sheet to prevent water and dust.
· After inserting the waterproof washers into the screws, lock them into the purlin with an electric drill to complete the fixing of the polycarbonate sheet.
· During the construction of the polycarbonate tile, it is strictly forbidden to step directly on the wave crest to prevent the polycarbonate sheet from cracking. A 1200mmx300mm {length x width) anti-slip thick wooden board must be placed in the transverse position of the polycarbonate sheet, and step on it to make the pilot holes and fix the screws of the polycarbonate sheet.
