WireShow 2025 | Jiahua Fine Chemicals Unveils Cable Performance Enhancement & Antimony Trioxide Replacement Solution
WireShow2025, the China International Wire & Cable Industry Exhibition, will be grandly held in Shanghai. Jiahua Chemical will present innovative performance enhancement solutions for wires and cables, as well as innovative alternatives to antimony trioxide, at booth E5C11. Let us explore new paths for the development of the wire and cable industry together and witness how material technology empowers industrial transformation.
Innovative Alternative Solutions for Antimony Trioxide
Halogen-free and antimony-free, safer and more environmentally friendly.
As the wire and cable industry moves comprehensively towards higher safety, greater efficiency, and green sustainability, Jiahua Fine Chemicals is also proactively responding to the industry's urgent demand for environmentally friendly materials.

Facing the global restrictions on halogen and antimony trioxide materials, Jiahua Fine Chemicals has launched a new halogen-free and antimony-free synergistic flame retardant system as an innovative alternative to antimony trioxide. This new system not only achieves excellent flame retardancy and smoke suppression through a synergistic mechanism but also demonstrates outstanding processing performance.
More importantly, this system offers significant cost advantages, enabling wire and cable enterprises to maintain strong market competitiveness while meeting safer and more sustainable environmental requirements, truly achieving a triple balance of performance, environmental protection, and cost-effectiveness.
Innovative Performance Enhancement Solutions for Wires and Cables
——Triple enhancement of efficiency, performance, and environmental protection
Through in-depth development of silicone structures, Jia Hua Jinghua has introduced a series of products at this exhibition to meet multiple needs such as high filling, high flame retardancy, and high flexibility, helping cables achieve higher efficiency and better performance.

Javachem®GS ultra-high molecular weight silicone additives are suitable for all thermoplastic plastics. With higher silicone content and lower addition levels, they greatly improve the processability and flowability of thermoplastic polymers without affecting the inherent properties and processing performance of the materials.
Javachem®GW is a silicone additive used in low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cable materials. It reduces the coefficient of friction and improves surface smoothness, effectively minimizing die buildup issues in high-fill cable production. It is suitable for cable filling systems with over 60% fill, increasing drawing speed by at least 20%.

Javachem®The FRSi innovative organosilicon flame retardant synergist performs outstandingly in low-smoke halogen-free cable compounds. It can enrich on the material surface, reduce the exudation of the main flame retardant, and offers good thermal stability and low volatility, thereby reducing smoke density. At the same time, it can improve the processing performance of the material and increase the elongation at break.
