Javachem®GS ultra-high molecular weight silicone additives are suitable for all thermoplastic plastics. With higher silicone content and lower addition levels, they greatly improve the processability and flowability of thermoplastic polymers without affecting the inherent properties and processing performance of the materials.
Javachem®GW is a silicone additive used in low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cable materials. It reduces the coefficient of friction and improves surface smoothness, effectively minimizing die buildup issues in high-fill cable production. It is suitable for cable filling systems with over 60% fill, increasing drawing speed by at least 20%.

Javachem®The FRSi innovative organosilicon flame retardant synergist performs outstandingly in low-smoke halogen-free cable compounds.
