On July 16, it was reported that Harmony Auto announced that Wang Chuanfu, Chairman of BYD Group, inaugurated and awarded a plaque for the 100th overseas store opened by Harmony BYD — BYD Caroline Springs — on July 12.

Before the opening ceremony, Wang Chuanfu inspected the new store's exhibition hall, after-sales service, and various other aspects, fully affirming the store's construction standards, facilities, and service processes, while also providing guidance. He also delivered the car to the first customer of the new store, Mr. Harpal Singh Bajwa, and took a photo with him and his family.

Harmonious Automobile stated:

With the guidance and assistance of BYD, in just 2 years, Harmony has achieved the remarkable feat of opening 100 BYD stores across 20 countries and regions. This significant milestone not only serves as important evidence of Harmony's deepening presence in overseas markets but also vividly reflects the deep integration of BYD's globalization strategy with local markets, showcasing the vigorous vitality and strong influence of Chinese brands on the international stage.

At the ceremony, over 150 elites, leaders from the political and business sectors, and mainstream media witnessed the grand opening of the new store. Wang Chuanfu, Chairman of BYD Group, Liu Xueliang, General Manager of BYD Asia-Pacific Automotive Sales Division, Wing You, General Manager of BYD Australia, Feng Changgé, Chairman of Harmony Automobile, Liang Xinyue, President of Harmony BYD Overseas and General Manager of Asia-Pacific Region, and Sicardo, General Manager of Harmony BYD Melbourne, jointly inaugurated the new store.

IT Home has learned from official sources that the BYD Caroline Springs store is located at the intersection of major roads in Melbourne, in the largest automotive business district in the area. It is the latest and highest quality BYD 4S store built to Australian standards, showcasing models such as the Shark 6 and Sealion 6.

As of now, BYD has delivered a total of 60,000 vehicles in Australia, and in June, BYD ranked fifth in the Australian automotive brand rankings.
