Recently, the Haikou National High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee issued a "Notice on Organizing Applications for the 2024 Annual Support and Reward Funds for the Fully Biodegradable Materials Industry."
To promote the healthy development of the fully biodegradable materials industry, according to the "Several Measures for Supporting the Development of the Fully Biodegradable Materials Industry in Haikou National High-tech Industrial Development Zone" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), the application work for the 2024 annual support and reward funds for the fully biodegradable materials industry is now being carried out.
The "Measures" propose that the applicants should be enterprises or institutions with their registered address, actual place of business, tax, and statistical relationships all within the High-tech Zone, and primarily engaged in the research, production, and testing of fully biodegradable materials. The zone will provide up to 50 million yuan in rewards and subsidies around aspects such as enterprise sales revenue, production electricity, rental of R&D and testing facilities, fixed asset investment, and digital factory construction.
The notice specifies that eligible enterprises must submit application forms, letters of commitment, and other materials, stamped with the official seal and seam seal, scanned into a single PDF file, and sent to the designated email; the offline reception location is Room 605, Building 4, New Headquarters Economic Area, Meian Eco-Technology New City, Xiuying District, Haikou City.
The acceptance period for application materials is from February 24, 2025, to April 25, 2025, and applications submitted after this period will not be accepted.
