On March 28, the signing ceremony of the bio-based PDO industry project between Guangdong Qingda Zhixing Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Shandong Xiangchi Jianyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was held at the Xiangchi Innovation Center. Chen Yumin, General Manager of Guangdong Publishing Group Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Guangdong Guanghong Asset Management Co., Ltd., and Liu Zhaohui, Director and President of Xiangchi Holdings, attended the event.

The project is jointly constructed by two companies. Qingda ZhiXing has added an investment of 300 million yuan to introduce advanced patented process technology for the technological transformation of the Xiangchi Jianyuan bio-fermentation functional sugar alcohol project, promoting industrial transformation and upgrading. The products are green and low-carbon, and are biomass alternative products prioritized for development in the national "14th Five-Year Plan for Bioeconomic Development". They are widely used in green biodegradable materials, packaging, medical, cosmetics, clothing, and other fields.

After the signing ceremony, the attending leaders and guests visited the Xiangchi Holding Circular Economy Exhibition Center, the bio-based PDO industrial project workshop, the Xiangchi Water Treatment Center, and the Xiaoqing River Wharf for an on-site inspection. They gained a detailed understanding of Xiangchi's deep processing industry layout, research and innovation, technological innovation, strategic development planning, and green, low-carbon, high-quality development initiatives.
