Facing the characteristics of large volume, complex structure, high safety risks, and great technical difficulty of the lifting equipment, as well as the complex site conditions, coastal soft geological bearing capacity, and climatic conditions, the lifting team held multiple safety construction meetings. They repeatedly discussed the foundation treatment plan for the areas through which the crane would pass and formulated a detailed lifting plan for the challenging aspects. After internal expert review within the company and approval by the owner and supervisor, this laid a solid foundation for completing the lifting task safely, efficiently, and to a high quality. On the day of the operation, the lifting team worked closely together, making every effort, reinforcing responsibility, and strictly adhering to operating procedures. After 150 minutes of hard work, the reaction tower was precisely and safely placed in its designated position, completing the lifting task efficiently. This further demonstrated the comprehensive strength of Shaanxi Huajian as one of the "Top 10 Lifting Companies in China", earning high praise from the on-site owners, supervisors, and other leaders.

The reaction tower completed in this lifting, along with the same specification equipment already in place in the adjacent section, forms the "industrial twin towers" of the BDO facility, injecting new energy into the creation of a green petrochemical industry benchmark. It is understood that the project involves a total of 23 large-scale equipment installations, with a total weight of 4677.1 tons, and is scheduled to be completed in May 2025. Some of the utility and auxiliary facilities will rely on existing or planned projects within the Fujian Zhongjing Science and Technology Park area.
