Taian Junrun: Invests 25.8 Million to Add 10 New Waste Plastic Recycling Production Lines

Recently, the environmental impact assessment information for the waste plastic resource utilization project of Tai'an Junrun Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was publicly announced.

The project is located at No. 18, Park Road, Industrial Cluster Area, Guli Town, Xintai City. It covers an area of 15 mu and involves leasing a 3,200 square meter idle factory building from Taian Jinpuye Energy Co., Ltd. for construction.

The total investment of the project is 25.8 million yuan, including 850,000 yuan for environmental protection. The funds will be self-raised by the enterprise.

Ten new waste plastic resource utilization production lines have been newly installed. Raw materials: waste plastics (materials are PP and PE). Equipment includes pyrolysis furnace, low-nitrogen burner, condensation cooling system, and storage tanks. Process flow: feeding - pyrolysis - slag removal - condensation - carbon black recovery. After the project reaches full production capacity, it will annually utilize 20,000 tons of waste plastics, producing approximately 10,000 tons of plastic pyrolysis oil and 8,000 tons of carbon black per year.
