StarrySky Shares Start Construction of New Project in Changzhou, Planning Annual Production of 10 Million Smart Car Lights

On the morning of August 20th, the Xingyu Co., Ltd. Intelligent Automotive Electronics and Vision Systems Industry Center and Benniu Base Project officially commenced construction in Changzhou. The project plans to construct six main plant buildings, with a total construction area of approximately 250,000 square meters. Once completed and operational, it is expected to achieve an annual production capacity of about 10 million intelligent automotive lamp assemblies.

Public information shows that Xingyu Co., Ltd. is one of China's major automotive lighting suppliers, specializing in the design, development, manufacturing, and sales of front lamps, rear lamps, and interior and exterior lamps for passenger vehicles. Its clients include numerous domestic and international automobile manufacturers.

In terms of research and development, the company continues to focus on cutting-edge technologies, including Micro LED-based intelligent headlights, Mini LED and OLED-based interactive display lights, smart digital grilles, lamp controllers (HCM/RCM/LCU), and closed-loop lighting systems with sensing capabilities.

This year, Starlight Co., Ltd. has successively signed cooperation agreements with industry and academic institutions.

On April 23, during the Shanghai Auto Show, the company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Ouye Semiconductor and Jingneng Optoelectronics. The three parties will jointly develop the iVISION Smart Headlamp. On April 28, the company also reached a cooperation agreement with the School of Digital Technology and Creative Design at Jiangnan University, planning to carry out research and development in areas such as innovation in transportation system design, styling, and interactive experience.

In terms of performance, the company achieved a revenue of approximately 25.96 billion yuan in 2024, representing a year-on-year increase of 23.3%. The net profit attributable to shareholders was 2.61 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 35.8%. In the first quarter of 2025, the company's revenue was 3.095 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 28.28%, and the net profit attributable to shareholders was 322 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 32.68%.
