Spy Photos Reveal Ferrari's First All-Electric Car, Expected to Debut in 2026

Recently, Chezhijia obtained a set of spy shots of Ferrari's first all-electric vehicle from relevant channels. The official name is temporarily designated as Ferrari Elettrica (meaning "electric" in Italian), and it will be powered by four electric motors developed by Ferrari, with technological inspiration drawn from Formula 1. It is reported that the new car is expected to be unveiled and officially launched in 2026.

From the road test spy shots, Ferrari's first all-electric vehicle appears to be a sedan. Although it features an exaggerated front bumper, it is still much more understated compared to current Ferrari models. Looking at the side of the car, the new model has a relatively short rear overhang, and with its fastback design, it presents a dynamic visual effect.

The powertrain is a major highlight of this vehicle. According to information released by Ferrari, the new car will be equipped with four electric motors, which are installed on what Ferrari refers to as the "e-Axle" electric drive axle. Each electric drive axle integrates dual motors and an independently developed inverter system, with each inverter weighing only 9 kilograms. Inside, there are six modules made of silicon carbide (SiC), a drive circuit board, and an integrated cooling system.

In its most powerful state, the car's total system horsepower will exceed 1000 hp, with a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of just 2.5 seconds and a top speed of 310 km/h. The battery is equipped with a self-developed 122 kWh capacity battery pack by Ferrari, providing a range of over 530 km. Additionally, the new car adopts an 880V architecture and supports 350 kW DC fast charging. More information about the new car will be continuously followed and reported by Chezhiyu.
