In a 100 km/h side collision test, the Yangwang U7 quickly returned to its original driving path in a short time, ensuring stable and non-deviating movement, further elevating automotive safety performance. Additionally, the Yangwang U7 achieved a maximum speed of 95.78 km/h in the moose test, and an unmanned moose test even reached a top speed of 95.11 km/h, setting the highest industry benchmark.

The body length of the pure electric version and plug-in hybrid version of the仰望U7 are 5265mm and 5360mm respectively, with wheelbases of 3160mm and 3200mm. The pure electric version is equipped with a 135.5kWh exclusive high-performance blade battery for仰望, providing a pure electric driving range of 720km under CLTC conditions; the plug-in hybrid version has a battery capacity of 52.4kWh, with a comprehensive driving range reaching up to 1000km. Notably, the仰望U7 plug-in hybrid version is equipped with China's first mass-produced horizontally-opposed engine for automotive use. This innovative design compresses the engine height to 420mm, significantly lower than the over 700mm height of inline engines.
