The North China recycled market is operating steadily, with recycled PP in Tianjin reported at 3100-5500; recycled PE in Hebei reported at 5050-6400; recycled PE in Henan reported at 3500-6200; recycled PE in Liaoning reported at 5100. Downstream buyers continue to purchase based on demand, with actual transactions not reaching the level of the same period last year. Currently, there is a shortage of upstream raw materials, and suppliers are maintaining stable prices, with certain support from the cost side.
