Production Capacity of 235,000 Tons, 7 Waste Plastic Recycling Projects, Settled in Xuyi, Jiangsu
On August 11, 2025, the Xuyi Ecological Environment Bureau of Huai'an City issued the "Approval on the Environmental Impact Report Forms for Waste Plastic Recycling Projects of Seven Enterprises Including Jiangsu Lisai Ke Environmental Protection Material Technology Co., Ltd." (Document No. Huai Xu Huan Fu [2025] 34), approving the waste plastic recycling projects of seven enterprises located in the Jiulong Circular Economy Industrial Park, Xuyi Economic Development Zone.

The total investment for the projects of the seven enterprises involved in this approval amounts to 128 million yuan. The specific investment amount and the proportion of environmental protection investment for each enterprise are as follows:

Jiangsu Lysaico Environmental Protection Materials Technology Co., Ltd.: Total investment of 40 million yuan, including 1.6 million yuan for environmental protection investment, accounting for 4% of the total investment. -
Xuyi Yiqiang Renewable Resources Co., Ltd.: Total investment of 20 million yuan, environmental protection investment of 500,000 yuan, accounting for 2.5% of the total investment. -
Zhongbao Plastics (Xuyi) Co., Ltd.: total investment of 8 million yuan, environmental protection investment of 300,000 yuan, accounting for 3.75% of the total investment. -
Xuyi Hailong Plastic Industry Co., Ltd.: Total investment of 15 million yuan, environmental protection investment of 1.2 million yuan, with an environmental protection investment ratio of 8%. -
Huai'an Fuxie Renewable Resources Co., Ltd.: Total investment of 15 million RMB, environmental investment of 800,000 RMB, environmental investment accounting for 5.33%. -
Jiangsu Anruida Renewable Resources Co., Ltd.: Total investment of 20 million yuan, environmental protection investment of 100,000 yuan, accounting for 0.5% of the total investment. -
Xuyi Yuanli Renewable Resources Co., Ltd.: Total investment of 10 million yuan, environmental protection investment of 500,000 yuan, accounting for 5% of the total investment.
After the completion of the projects by the seven enterprises, the total annual production of various recycled plastic products will amount to 235,250 tons, with the specific production capacity distribution as follows:

Xuyi Yiqiang Renewable Resources Co., Ltd.: Annual production of 27,000 tons of recycled PP pellets. -
Zhongbao Plastics (Xuyi) Co., Ltd.: Annual production of 27,500 tons of PET clean bottle flakes and 27,000 tons of recycled PP and PE pellets, totaling 54,500 tons. -
Xuyi Hailong Plastic Industry Co., Ltd.: Annual production of 36,000 tons of recycled PP, PE, and ABS pellets. -
Huaian Fuxie Renewable Resources Co., Ltd.: Annual production of 18,000 tons of clean PET granules. -
Jiangsu Anruida Renewable Resources Co., Ltd.: Annual production of 27,500 tons of PET bottle flakes. -
Xuyi Yuanli Renewable Resources Co., Ltd.: Annual production of 22,500 tons of recycled PP pellets and 4,500 tons of recycled PE pellets, totaling 27,000 tons.
