Polyd Digital Announces Semi-Annual Financial Report

On the evening of August 13, Baolidi announced that in the first half of 2025, the company achieved operating revenue of 675,659,371.66 yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 1.47%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 63,814,607.05 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.19%.

Polyde is a leading masterbatch supplier in China, with its main business covering the research and development, production, and sales of dope dyed and functionally modified materials for chemical fibers. The company is committed to providing customers with high-quality coloring solutions and professional technical support, with products widely used in fields such as chemical fibers and plastics. The company has established a comprehensive product matrix in the fiber + color field and continues to focus on performance enhancement and quality control, primarily including color masterbatches, functional masterbatches, and new material products.

To meet further development needs, Baolidi officially established its Second Division in the first half of 2025, focusing on membrane plastics and functional directions, continuously expanding product application fields, including polyester film masterbatches and high-efficiency liquid carrier masterbatches.

In the first half of 2025, Bolidi's masterbatch business revenue was 658 million, an increase of 2.55% year-over-year, with a gross margin of 20.6%, an increase of 2.04% year-over-year.

On August 7th, the Administrative Committee of Suzhou Xiangcheng Economic and Technological Development Zone accepted the Environmental Impact Report Form for the Phase II expansion project of color masterbatch production by Suzhou Baolidy Materials Technology Co., Ltd.
