OmoWay Group Successfully Goes Public
On September 18, the OMOI Group (formerly the Continental Group's automotive subsidiary) announced that it has officially become an independent operating company and successfully listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

As a provider of automotive software and hardware solutions, Omowei has commenced independent operations with a strong balance sheet and zero financial debt. According to the data, as of June 30, 2025, it has 1.5 billion euros in cash and a credit line of 2.5 billion euros. Omowei states that it will continue to focus on maintaining robust capital strength and consistently improving cash flow levels.
As announced by Omnivore at the Capital Markets Day in June 2025, its long-term goal is to achieve sales exceeding €24 billion (€19.6 billion in 2024). With over 86,000 employees, it will further strengthen its global research and development and production layout, consolidating its established global customer relationships.
Omowei expects that the unit value in its target product segments will grow at an annual rate of 4% to 5% by 2029. It remains focused on high-growth and high-value technologies in the software-defined vehicle sector, committed to promoting safe, enjoyable, connected, and autonomous future mobility development. In the long term, the company's goal is to improve the adjusted EBITDA margin to 6.0% to 8.0% (2024: 2.5%). The adjusted EBITDA margin for the first half of 2025 has already increased to 2.7%, demonstrating positive development momentum.
The shares of the Omowei Group are listed on the regulated market (main board) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the stock code AMV0. The International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) is DE000AUM0V10, and the German Securities Identification Number (WKN) is AUM0V1. It is reported that at the time of listing, shares of Omowei were allocated to shareholders of Continental Group. For every two shares of Continental Group held, one share of Omowei could be obtained. The total number of Omowei shares is approximately 100 million, with Schaeffler Group's strategic investment entity, IHO Holding, holding about 46%.
