New Move: Didi Plans to Invest in Neolithic Driverless Cars?
On August 13th, according to related news, Didi has recently completed an investment in autonomous commercial vehicle company Neolix. As of now, both Didi and Neolix have not responded to this matter. It is worth noting that not long ago, Didi Freight had already collaborated with Neolix in Qingdao to pilot unmanned delivery services. Users can place orders through the Didi platform and choose to have their goods delivered by Neolix's autonomous vehicles, with the related services supported by Neolix's unmanned vehicles.

According to public information, Neolix unmanned vehicles have currently been deployed in over 7,500 units across more than 280 cities. Its founder and CEO, Yu Enyuan, has stated that Neolix’s plan to deploy ten thousand vehicles will be completed ahead of the initial schedule. Furthermore, in the second half of this year, the company will expand its business from planned logistics in the express delivery industry to real-time dispatch logistics in urban freight.
