New Circular Economy Project Launched! Annual Production of 250,000 Tons of Recycled Materials and 100,000 Tons of Regenerated Fabrics!
On the morning of March 29, the Circular Green Low-Carbon Industrial Park project in Hanjiang District commenced construction. Party Secretary Fu Chaoyang attended the event and announced the start of the project. City leaders Dai Longcheng, Gao Yu, Guo Guocheng, and Lian Xianghong were also present.

The project is located in the Mulanxi Estuary Industrial New City, Hanjiang District, Putian City. It utilizes globally leading "textile-to-textile" closed-loop recycling technology to recycle and reuse waste textiles. Upon completion, the project will have an annual production capacity of 250,000 tons of green circular functional new materials and 100,000 tons of high-end textile fabrics, forming an integrated industrial chain of "waste textiles—recycled fibers—recycled fabrics." It aims to create a zero-carbon demonstration model and establish a recycled fiber and high-end fabric production base with domestic and international exemplary leadership.
The project focuses on green environmental protection and industrial upgrading, driving the integration of automation, intelligence, digitization, informatization, and standardization through technological innovation to transform solid waste into high-quality recycled functional green fibers and high-end textile fabrics, supporting the national "dual-carbon" strategy. Additionally, the project possesses independent intellectual property rights, with strong product core competitiveness, capable of meeting the global market and international top brands' demands for recycled functional, differentiated green fibers, and high-end fabrics.
