Mooe Intelligent, a Provider of Smart Driving Solutions, Files for Hong Kong IPO

On September 26, Motovis Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. officially submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, planning to be listed on the main board of Hong Kong. Guotai Junan International and Guosen Securities (Hong Kong) are the joint sponsors.

Moshi Intelligent was founded in 2015 and is an intelligent driving solution provider driven by artificial intelligence innovation. It offers integrated hardware and software solutions with intelligent driving functions ranging from Level 0 to Level 4 for automakers and tier-one suppliers. The company's product portfolio includes driving solutions, automatic parking solutions, and active safety solutions, among others.

According to financial data, the operating revenue of Motovis Intelligence in 2022, 2023, 2024, and the first six months of 2025 was RMB 118 million, RMB 147 million, RMB 357 million, and RMB 189 million, respectively. The revenue for the first half of 2025 increased by 76.4% year-on-year. The funds raised from this IPO will mainly be used to strengthen the company's R&D capabilities, focusing on the continuous iteration and upgrade of intelligent driving solutions, as well as expanding production capacity, technology upgrades, and improving delivery capabilities.
