Leapmotor Unveils New Personalized Strategic Model Lafa5 at Munich Motor Show
On September 8th, German time, Leapmotor unveiled its new strategic product Lafa5 at the 2025 Munich International Auto Show. Zhu Jiangming, founder, chairman, and CEO of Leapmotor, along with Leapmotor International CEO Xin Tianshu, shared the latest achievements of Leapmotor's global development with guests from around the world. Meanwhile, the Leapmotor B10 was officially launched in overseas markets and began deliveries in Europe simultaneously, further highlighting Leapmotor's presence and strength in the global market.

At the press conference, Zhu Jiangming from Leapmotor shared the company's global achievements: leveraging the mature resource system of the Stellantis Group, Leapmotor quickly established a business presence in over 30 countries and regions worldwide, with sales and service outlets exceeding 1,700 locations. From January to August 2025, Leapmotor's global cumulative deliveries surpassed 320,000 units, with over 30,000 units delivered in overseas markets, ranking first among Chinese new power brands and entering the top ranks in core markets such as Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. Zhu Jiangming stated that Leapmotor has won the favor of more than 900,000 users globally. The continuous strong sales of their products are backed by the powerful product strength and good user reputation built through full-scale in-house development.
Leapmotor’s brand-new, personality-driven product, the Lafa5, has made a stunning debut. Built on the advanced LEAP 3.5 architecture, the Lafa5 is positioned as a high-value, sporty coupe, and is crafted around four core values: Lifestyle, Attitude, Freedom, and Art—precisely targeting urban youth. The Lafa5 combines striking aesthetics, European driving dynamics, flagship-level intelligence, and class-leading quality. Blind pre-orders are now open, with plans for the car to launch in China in the fourth quarter of 2025 and enter the global market in 2026. Its high-performance Ultra version will also be officially delivered in mainland China in the first half of 2026.

It is worth mentioning that Leapmotor's B series first global model, the B10, has been launched in overseas markets and is being delivered in Europe simultaneously. Since its launch in the Chinese market in April this year, the B10 has achieved cumulative deliveries of over 50,000 units, demonstrating strong market appeal and user recognition. In October this year, the B10 will undergo global media testing in France and is planned to enter more than 20 countries and regions across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific, and South America by 2025.
