Jiahe JuNeng Signs Agreement with Shandong Lianhua New Materials to Jointly Promote Hydrogenation of Oil Products and Chemical Recycling of Waste Plastics

The signing ceremony was held at 10:30 am in the conference room of Liaoning New Materials. Zheng Lingjian, Secretary of the Yangxin County Committee, Yang Tao, member of the county committee and director of the General Office of the County Committee, Liu Chao, member of the county committee and deputy county head, Cao Fuqing, secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the Management Committee of the Economic Development Zone, Guo Changling, member of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of the Economic Development Zone, Li Gang, executive director of Liaoning New Materials, and Jiang Chaoxing, chairman of Jiahe JNergy, attended the signing ceremony. The signing ceremony was presided over by Cheng Sen, deputy general manager of Liaoning New Materials.
According to Zheng Lingjian, the plastic resource recycling project is an important measure for Yangxin County to accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading, and achieve green development. He hopes that both parties will strengthen communication and collaboration, deepen cooperative trust, and achieve win-win development.
This signing covers two core elements:
Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement: Both parties will integrate resources to jointly promote the research, development, and industrialization of chemical recycling technologies for waste plastics. Through chemical conversion processes, waste plastics will be transformed into high-value products, thereby reducing environmental pressures caused by conventional landfilling and incineration.
Hydrogenation Entrustment Cooperation Agreement: Jiahe Juneng entrusts Lianhua New Materials to implement the oil hydrogenation project, leveraging Lianhua's leading technology in catalytic processes to enhance energy utilization efficiency, reduce pollutant emissions, and contribute to the achievement of the "dual carbon" goals.
After the signing ceremony, the attendees jointly inspected the project site and gained a detailed understanding of the technical route and production capacity planning.

This collaboration marks a crucial step for Jiahe Juneng and Lianhua New Materials in the field of plastic resource recycling. In the future, both parties will drive innovation through technological advancements, creating a "government-enterprise-research" collaborative demonstration project, contributing the "Yangxin Experience" to the green transformation of the industry.
