10,000-ton
Qingdao Hongxin High-Tech Bioengineering Co., Ltd. Annual Production of 25,000 Tons of Masterbatch Raw Materials Production Project Planning Permit Pre-Approval Announcement. The total production capacity is expected to remain unchanged after the modification.
Suzhou Baolid Material Technology Co., Ltd. new construction of the second phase of the color masterbatch production project. The annual added capacity is 27,500 t/a of general color masterbatch, among which the production capacities of black masterbatch, white masterbatch, and color masterbatch are 19,250 t/a, 3,575 t/a, and 4,675 t/a, respectively.
Wudi Ningyan Plastic Masterbatch Co., Ltd. plans to expand its masterbatch project. The existing project within the factory area will be expanded by adding 7 masterbatch production lines and 12 color masterbatch production lines. After the expansion, the production capacity will reach 25,000 tons for masterbatch and 18,000 tons for color masterbatch.
The Komail color masterbatch project with an annual output of 12,000 tons will be completed, and it is expected to start production in October.
Yinde Kedi Pigment Technology Co., Ltd. plans to expand and construct a project with an annual output of 10,000 tons of water-based color paste, 5,000 tons of nano color masterbatch, and 3,000 tons of oil-based color paste.

Anhui Nuomeite New Materials Co., Ltd. invests 100 million yuan to establish a new project with an annual production capacity of 6,000 tons of plastic color masterbatch pellets.
Zhongjie Cangzhou Xinyan New Material Co., Ltd. is building a new project with an annual production capacity of 2,000 tons of color masterbatch.
Public Notice of Completion Date for Phase I of Huizhou Caizhongcai Jing Su Industrial Co., Ltd. Construction Project. The total investment of the project is 10 million RMB, with an annual production capacity of 4,000 tons of plastic color masterbatch and 2,000 tons of TPU pellets.
Yangzhou Xucai New Material Technology Co., Ltd.'s project for an annual production of 1,500 tons of plastic color masterbatch is currently in the environmental impact assessment approval stage.
