On July 17, the Linshui Ecological Environment Bureau of Guang'an City plans to make approval decisions on the "Automobile Interior and Exterior Two-color Injection Molding Process Expansion Project" and the "Automobile Parts and White Goods Injection Molding Project" environmental impact report forms. The basic situation of the construction project's environmental impact report forms will be made public.

Automotive Interior and Exterior Two-Color Injection Molding Process Expansion Project

Construction site: No. 28, Chuantan Sichuan-Chongqing Cooperation Demonstration Park, Linshui County, Sichuan Province.

Construction Unit: Sichuan Jianghua Enyi Technology Co., Ltd.

Project Overview: This project utilizes an existing plant area of 2,000 square meters to establish an automotive interior and exterior trim production line. It plans to purchase 7 injection molding machines (clamping force: one 1000T, one 1850T, two 2100T, two 2800T, and one 3200T), 1 plastic crusher, and 6 laboratory testing devices (including 1 ultrapure water machine, 1 high-temperature tester, 1 fully automatic 3D image and optical measurement instrument, 1 multifunctional scratch tester, 1 electric friction color fastness tester, and 1 grating spectrophotometer). After completion, the project will add an annual production capacity of 2 million pieces of automotive interior and exterior trim parts. The total investment is 10 million RMB, of which 500,000 RMB is allocated for environmental protection, accounting for 5% of the total investment.

Project Overview: Utilizing an existing idle factory building of 2,000 m², two injection molding production lines will be installed, and equipment such as injection molding machines, material loaders, dryers, and exhaust gas treatment systems will be purchased. Upon completion, the annual output will reach 4.4 million automotive parts and injection molded components for white goods. The total investment is 10 million yuan, of which 500,000 yuan is allocated for environmental protection, accounting for 5% of the total investment.
