Henan Gongchi Plastics Goes All Out to Achieve Second-Half Goals with 120 Fully Automated Injection Molding and Extrusion Production Lines

Walking into the production workshop of Henan Gongchi Plastic Co., Ltd., multiple assembly lines are running at full capacity, and workers are working overtime to rush orders.

Henan Gongchi Plastic Co., Ltd. is an integrated high-tech enterprise specializing in research and development, production, sales, and service. The company possesses a provincial-level technology research center for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and an independent product testing laboratory. It operates 120 fully automated injection molding and extrusion production lines. The main products include water supply pipes, gas pipes, steel wire mesh reinforced polyethylene (PE) composite pipes, steel belt reinforced polyethylene (PE) spiral corrugated pipes, and other pipes and fittings, with an annual production capacity exceeding 60,000 tons.

Chen Sheng, the general manager of Henan Gongchi Plastic Co., Ltd., said, "In the first half of the year, we completed 60% of the annual sales target. Since entering the third quarter, orders for Gongchi pipes have been scheduled until December. Currently, all workers are striving to achieve a sales output target of 50 million in the second half of the year, aiming to break through the 100 million mark for the whole year."
