Recently, the Fujian Gulei Petrochemical Company's ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) unit successfully transitioned to produce the photovoltaic white film specialty material USI-2810. The Chemical Division II effectively compressed the transition time and reduced the output of transition materials by optimizing the process flow, achieving a first-pass product qualification rate of 100%.

The photovoltaic white film special material USI-2810 is a high-end product newly developed by the company. Fujian Gulei Petrochemical Company adheres to the philosophy of "meeting customer expectations and creating value through service." After in-depth analysis of market dynamics and focusing on the production needs of downstream customers, the new product USI-2810 was successfully developed on April 28, 2024. However, due to the large adjustment range of process parameters and insufficient experience of the operators, the first production transfer resulted in system fluctuations and briefly caused issues such as cutting particle abnormalities.

Recently, in response to market demand, the company has organized the re-production of USI-2810. To improve production efficiency and enhance product quality, the Chemical Division II has organized technical personnel to tackle key issues, carefully summarizing valuable experiences from the first production transition and further optimizing the process flow. Production operation supervisor Yuan Yangyang has taken the lead in organizing the preparation of standardized operating cards. The operating steps have been detailed according to three stages: adjustment of the reaction system, adaptation of the granulation system, and maintaining quality stability, to avoid issues such as poor operational continuity and redundant emergency responses.

During this production transition period, operators strictly followed the newly formulated operation card, gradually adjusted the reaction temperature, and monitored product quality in real-time through laboratory results. As a result, the transition time was successfully reduced from 3 hours to 2 hours, and the output of transitional material decreased by 15%.

Fujian Gulei Petrochemical Company has successfully transitioned to producing USI-2810, which will further optimize the product structure, expand the market for photovoltaic white film specialty materials, and enhance brand recognition and customer satisfaction.
