PP/PE Soft Material Cleaning Production Line

Consumer-grade film accounts for the majority of soft material recycling, including PE (packaging, garbage bags, etc.), PP (woven bags, etc.), and PET strapping, among others, with some being multilayer films. Due to different collection and storage methods, the state of waste film is complex. Automatic Granule Compaction Granulating Unit

The system applies toRecycling and pelletizing of various films such as PE, PP, woven bags, and non-woven fabrics. The conveyor feeding and agglomerator are controlled by PLC, which can automatically adjust the feeding speed in sections according to the current of the agglomerator. The agglomerator is equipped with a separate temperature control device and is force-cooled by a fan. The entire production line has a compact structure, featuring easy operation and stable performance.

Underwater pelletizing unit

The underwater pelletizing system, with its advanced principles and technology, can handle pelletizing operations for almost all materials. It is particularly adept at processing materials that are difficult for traditional equipment to handle, such as those with low molten strength, high viscosity, and high thermal sensitivity. It can easily manage these challenges. The range of particle sizes it can process includes micro-particles (Fine particles (0.2mm-1.0mm), regular particles (1.0mm-5mm), and large particles (above 5mm).

The single-shaft shredder is widely used and can handle large-diameter PE/PVC pipes and sheets, PP, PC, ABS block gold bars, pallets, waste wires and cables, as well as waste metals, fiberglass, carbon fiber, and other materials.
