From 339,000 RMB! Tesla's New Model Y L Launched, Specs and Interior Revealed

On August 19th, Tesla launched a six-seater SUV, the Model Y L, on its official website in China, with a starting price of 339,000 yuan.

Vehicle information shows that the Model Y L has an extended body length of 179mm and a wheelbase extended by 150mm, providing an ultra-large interior space. In terms of range, its CLTC range reaches 751 kilometers, making it a class-leading long-range vehicle. Energy consumption is as low as 12.8kWh/100km; the vehicle weighs only 2088 kilograms, making it one of the lightest in its class. It features a mixed tire width design of 255mm at the front and 275mm at the rear, increasing the rear wheel contact area and giving the vehicle higher lateral limits and enhanced high-speed stability.

In addition, the Tesla Model Y L is equipped with airbags for the first, second, and third rows, and a child safety seat can be installed in the third row to provide better protection for children. The total length of the vehicle's airbag protection area reaches 3.9 meters, covering more than 95% of the vehicle's longitudinal space.
