Recently, the Shouguang Municipal People's Government issued an announcement, soliciting public opinions on the draft environmental impact report of the 300,000 tons/year high-end polypropylene new material renovation project by Weifang Shufukang New Material Technology Co., Ltd.

Nature of Construction: Renovation and expansion

Construction Period: 6 months, with plans to commence operations in December 2025

Location: Yangkou Chemical Industry Park, Shouguang

Investment: The total investment in the project is 150.19 million yuan, including 7.95 million yuan for environmental protection, accounting for 5.29% of the total investment.

Construction Content: This project will be expanded based on the existing 300,000 tons/year high-end polypropylene new material project. It involves constructing 1 line of 1-butene pipeline, 1 extrusion granulation production line, and purchasing equipment such as extrusion units, cutting units, and vibrating screens. Additionally, it includes renovations to the polymerization unit and propylene recovery unit of the 300,000 tons/year high-end polypropylene new material project. A total of 458 sets (units) of old and new equipment, including towers and containers, will be utilized or added.
