On March 25, the first information disclosure of the environmental impact assessment for the Liaoning Dingjide Petrochemical Product Verification Unit Project.
Project Name: Liaoning Dingjide Petrochemical Product Verification Unit Project
Construction Location: This project is located in the Dalian Changxing Island Economic and Technological Development Zone.
Construction content and scale: This project mainly uses ethylene, hydrogen, and other raw materials, with hexane as the solvent, to build a new 200 tons/year POE (polyolefin elastomer) unit, covering an area of 765 square meters; a site control room occupying 429 square meters; a substation of 199.5 square meters; and an analysis room of 14 square meters; the total land area is approximately 1578.5 square meters, with an expected annual production of 200 tons of POE.

Dingji's ongoing projects include: Phase I and Phase II of the POE high-end new materials project, a 200,000 tons/year MMA and 100,000 tons/year PMMA production project, and a 100 tons/year high-end polyolefin catalyst project, among others.
In November 2024, Liaoning Dingjide Petrochemical Co., Ltd. has obtained approval for the filing of its project for an annual production of 100 tons of high-end polyolefin catalysts.
On January 20, 2025, Dingjide signed a contract for a production project of 200,000 tons/year MMA and 100,000 tons/year PMMA. Dingjide Group will initiate the construction of the second phase project, which includes four projects: 200,000 tons/year methyl methacrylate and 100,000 tons/year polymethyl methacrylate production projects, keeping investment, industry, research and development, technology, and innovation in Changxing Island.
The Dingji POE high-end new materials project phase I mainly involves the construction of a 200,000 tons/year POE joint unit, a 300,000 tons/year α-olefin unit, and a 400 Nm³/h electrolytic water hydrogen production unit. Phase II primarily includes the construction of a 200,000 tons/year POE joint unit and a 300,000 tons/year α-olefin unit. Phase I is expected to be put into production in September 2025, while Phase II is planned to be put into production by the end of 2027.

The construction site of the Dingjide Petrochemical High-end New Materials Project, with a total investment of over 12 billion yuan, is bustling with activity. As of now, a fixed asset investment of 3.3 billion yuan has been completed, with the construction of pile foundations, concrete work, civil structures, primary underground pipelines, and steel structures for the pipe gallery already finished. Large equipment is gradually arriving for installation, and over 90% of dynamic and static equipment installation has been completed. Equipment debugging is scheduled to take place by the end of March this year.
