Creality Submits Hong Kong IPO Application as 3D Printing Evangelist with Annual Revenue Exceeding 2.2 Billion

Last year, 3D printing manufacturer Creality, with revenue exceeding 2.2 billion yuan, has finally officially launched its IPO.

According to Nanjixiong, on August 14, 2025, "3D printing industry evangelist" Shenzhen Creality 3D Technology Co., Ltd. submitted its listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CICC as the sole sponsor.

Creality is a world-leading provider of consumer-grade 3D printing products and services. Their products and services mainly include 3D printers, 3D printing materials, and various services offered on Creality Cloud, a global online community focused on 3D printing content. Additionally, they have developed ecosystem products around users, such as 3D scanners, laser engravers, accessories, etc. Recently, they also launched Nexbie, an overseas e-commerce platform for 3D creative finished products. Various products and services form their own ecosystem around the users. The sales network of Creality 3D mainly consists of online stores and offline distribution channels. As of March 31, 2025, it has 74 self-operated online stores and 2,163 distributors, with a sales network covering approximately 140 countries and regions worldwide.

In terms of gross profit, Creality recorded gross profits of RMB 387 million, RMB 599 million, RMB 707 million, RMB 186 million, and RMB 249 million for the years 2022, 2023, 2024, and the three months ended March 31, 2024, and 2025, respectively. The gross profit margins for the same periods were 28.8%, 31.8%, 30.9%, 34.0%, and 35.2%, respectively.

Previously, Creality secured financing and brought in several well-known investment institutions, including Qianhai FOF Fund, Shenzhen Capital Group, Tencent Investment, AVIC Pingshan, Ren Zhe Bu You, and Guoxin Southern No. 4 Fund, among others.

As of the date of the prospectus, Creality has obtained 840 authorized patents in China and overseas, including 107 invention patents, and has 1,179 patents pending. In terms of self-owned properties, Creality already owns 13 buildings or units with a total gross floor area of 266,000 square meters, mainly used as production sites.
