Baolong Technology Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement With JAC Motors

On the morning of July 24th, at JAC Motors' Hefei headquarters, Baolong Technology and JAC Motors signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Mr. Xiang Xingchu, Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager of JAC Group Holding Company; Ms. Ma Cuibing, Director of JAC Group Holding Company and Deputy General Manager of JAC Motors Co., Ltd.; Mr. Qin Zhanjiang, General Manager of the Procurement Center; Mr. Wu Jiang, Director of the Chassis Design Institute of the Technical Center, and other leaders attended the ceremony. Also present were Mr. Zhang Zuqiu, Chairman and President of Baolong Technology; Mr. Wang Shengquan, Vice President; Mr. Wang Xianyong, General Manager of the Intelligent Suspension Business Unit and General Manager of Hefei Baolong; and Mr. Wang Bin, General Manager of the Intelligent Driving Business Unit and General Manager of the Technical Center. Mr. Qin Zhanjiang and Mr. Wang Xianyong signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

The collaboration between Baolong Technology and JAC Motors began in 2009, starting with valve products and gradually expanding to include air springs, air tanks, height sensors, air supply units, and pipeline systems, as well as intelligent suspension system products and tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS), light and rain sensors, and other automotive safety and intelligent sensing products. Throughout their long-term cooperation, both parties have continuously deepened strategic trust, witnessing JAC Motors' leap in high-end manufacturing and breakthrough in brand elevation represented by the technologically luxurious Refine S800 through solid cooperative technological achievements.

After signing the contract, both parties will establish a real-time information sharing mechanism from the perspective of building a first-class strategic cooperation supply chain, deepen communication channels, and conduct regular technical exchanges. They will jointly create industry-leading standards in craftsmanship and quality. The parties will establish a broad and in-depth cooperation platform in areas such as joint brand promotion, intelligent suspension system development, intelligent driver assistance technology innovation, development of various sensors, application of new technologies, key technologies, and supply chain security of components. They will jointly formulate action plans and build a strategic alliance.

Baolong Technology will continue to invest and focus on key technologies such as intelligent suspension, TPMS, sensors, and intelligent driving assistance, forming a collaborative R&D relationship with JAC Motors’ technical team to ensure precise alignment with JAC Motors’ needs. In terms of technological innovation, Baolong Technology will simultaneously share its latest achievements in intelligence and lightweight design, helping JAC Motors’ models to maintain industry leadership. For supply chain security, the production capacity of the Hefei base will be prioritized to meet JAC Motors’ demand, enabling localized production and supply of key components. In cost optimization, through VAVE cost-reduction cooperation, we will work together with JAC Motors to create more market-competitive products, allowing more people to benefit from the development of automotive technology!
