Avita 07 Refresh Enters the 200,000 Yuan Range with 17 Future Models Aiming for World-Class

The mid-sized SUV market has been particularly competitive this year, with new products emerging and competition becoming more intense. While the industry is focused on cutting prices, Avatr 07 is focusing on value and experience.

The 2026 Avita 07, launched on September 20th, offers six models with both pure electric and range-extended options, priced between 219,900 to 279,900 RMB, with a limited-time price of 209,900 to 269,900 RMB. The Avita 07 is the first model in the collaboration between Avita Technology and Huawei's "HI Plus" mode. After its generational upgrade, the biggest change is that all models now come standard with Huawei's QianKun ADS 4 driver assistance system, with an optional 52kWh battery provided by CATL to make travel smarter.

Avita Technology's Chairman Wang Hui called out to Changan Automobile's Chairman Zhu Huarong at the scene, stating that not only does he expect Changan Automobile to provide funds, personnel, and technology when needed, but he also hopes for Changan Automobile to empower Avita in the future by providing mechanisms and ecosystems when required.

Avita aims for global sales of 400,000 vehicles and annual revenue of 100 billion yuan in 2027; targets global sales of 800,000 vehicles in 2030; and challenges global sales of 1.5 million vehicles by 2035.

Huawei's Intelligent Automotive Solutions BU CEO Jin Yuzhi and CATL CTO Gao Huan stood on stage for Avita and signed a strategic cooperation agreement 2.0 with Avita. Jin Yuzhi stated that the 2026 Avita 07 will be equipped with Huawei's Qiankun All-Dimensional Collision Avoidance System (CAS) 4.0 with upgraded omnidirectional safety, featuring the world's first automatic emergency steering and lateral active safety technology, achieving comprehensive safety assurance. Gao Huan shared the new 5C Shenxing supercharging Xiaoyao range extender battery technology equipped in Avita, which increases the range, reduces charging time, and decreases charging frequency, making travel more efficient.

As a refreshed model, the noticeable changes in the 2026 Avita 07 include the addition of a clear blue exterior, a rock brown interior color, and new features such as electric suction doors, electronic exterior mirrors, intelligent driving blue lights, and an optional onboard refrigerator. Comfort and intelligent configurations have been enhanced with the new HarmonyOS 5 cockpit, zero-gravity massage seats, and the all-standard inclusion of 25 speakers from British Treasure.

The new car's exterior continues the current model's design style, with refinements in the details, such as the cameras on the body matching the car's color for a more cohesive look. The vehicle's dimensions are 4825/1980/1620mm in length, width, and height, respectively, with a wheelbase of 2940mm, providing a good amount of space for passengers.

The interior continues the design layout of the current model, with a striking 35.4-inch 4K panoramic remote screen, a 15.6-inch Huawei 2K intelligent central control screen, and dual 6.7-inch high-definition rearview screens, forming a four-screen surround design that enhances the technological atmosphere of the entire vehicle's interior. The intelligent cockpit has been upgraded from the previous HarmonyOS 4 to HarmonyOS 5, offering a smoother interactive experience.

In terms of ride comfort, the front row is equipped with the industry's only dual zero-gravity seats, supporting 16-way electric adjustment. Meanwhile, both the front and rear rows offer heating, ventilation, massage, and backrest angle adjustment. The British sound system with 25 speakers, combined with ambient lighting, creates a luxurious audio-visual experience.

The intelligent driving assistance system has been upgraded to Huawei QianKun ADS 4. The harsh braking rate has been reduced by 15%, smoothness has increased by 50%, the takeover rate has decreased by 30%, resulting in smoother following and gentler lane changes, providing users with a comprehensive driving assistance experience across all scenarios.

The powertrain continues to offer both pure electric and extended-range versions. The pure electric version remains unchanged, utilizing a full-domain 800-volt silicon carbide platform. Both the pure electric two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive versions are equipped with an 82.16 kWh battery provided by CATL, with CLTC range ratings of 650 kilometers and 610 kilometers, respectively.

The range-extended version features a plug-in hybrid system consisting of a 1.5T range extender and an electric motor. The rear-wheel-drive range-extended version is equipped with a 39.05kWh battery, offering an all-electric range of 195km, which is an increase of 7km compared to the current model. The long-range version has an all-electric range of 333km and a combined range of 1200km. Both the all-electric and range-extended versions support 5C ultra-fast charging, requiring only 10 minutes to charge from 30% to 80%, significantly alleviating users' range anxiety.

In an industry where entry-level or low-spec models are often used to lower the starting price, the 2026 Avatr 07 wins users' favor with its configuration and value. Now, with the upgraded Avatr 07 boasting even stronger product capabilities, as a high-quality, cost-effective model under 300,000 RMB, the launch of the new car will undoubtedly help boost Avatr's sales to new heights.
