On August 6, Dawnrays announced that, after self-inspection and confirmation, due to tax and accounting treatment differences related to the interest expenses of convertible corporate bonds, the company is required to make an additional corporate income tax payment of RMB 11.8736 million and a late payment penalty of RMB 4.274 million. As of the date of this announcement, the company has fully paid the total amount of RMB 16.1476 million, including the corporate income tax and the late payment penalty.

In terms of performance, on July 14, Dawn Holdings released its 2025 semi-annual earnings forecast, stating that the company expects its net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for January to June 2025 to be between 78.1682 million yuan and 90.194 million yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 17% to 35%. Net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses for January to June 2025 is expected to be between 70.9812 million yuan and 83.007 million yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 26.72% to 48.19%. Earnings per share for January to June 2025 are expected to be between 0.16 yuan and 0.19 yuan.
