Shuangxin MaterialsDear Investor, The Company’s Phase I project—100,000 tons/year dimethyl carbonate (DMC) production facility, coupled with a 30,000 tons/year ethyl methyl carbonate (EMC)/diethyl carbonate (DEC) facility for lithium-ion battery applications—is scheduled to enter trial production in Q4 2025. Both premium-grade and electronic-grade products achieved successful first-time commissioning, and production has been operating smoothly since commencement. The Phase II project—100,000 tons/year electronic-grade DMC production facility, coupled with a 30,000 tons/year EMC/DEC facility—has completed project registration and filing; it is currently undergoing preliminary approval procedures, including safety assessment and environmental impact assessment.
