Ford China Fully Establishes Ford Sales and Service Company to Unify Sales and Service Channels

On September 23, Ford China announced the establishment of Ford Automotive Sales and Service (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ford, which will be fully responsible for managing the marketing, sales, and service operations of Ford's passenger cars and pickup trucks in the Chinese market. According to the plan, the Ford Sales and Service Company will officially begin operations on October 1, 2025.
