Bohai Chemical: Subsidiary Bohai Petrochemical's PDH Unit (600,000 Tons/Year) to Shut Down for Maintenance on October 13
Bohai Chemical (600800) announced on October 13th that it is disclosing the main operating data (unaudited) for the third quarter of 2025 of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tianjin Bohai Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Bohai Petrochemical") as follows: In the third quarter, the production of propylene was 133,800 tons, and the sales volume was 130,900 tons; the average price of propylene in the third quarter was 5,712.8 yuan per ton, representing a year-on-year decrease of 8.94%. Bohai Chemical also announced on the same day that, according to the annual plan, Bohai Petrochemical's PDH unit (600,000 tons/year) will undergo a shutdown for maintenance starting October 13, 2025, with the maintenance expected to last around 30 days.

ST Wentai announced that its controlling shareholder, Wentianxia, has had 154 million shares of the company (accounting for 12.37% of the total share capital) judicially frozen, with the freezing period from May 22, 2026, to May 21, 2029. The current freeze is due to a property preservation application by Jiang Zhaobai arising from an arbitration case involving a contract dispute between Wentianxia and its actual controller Zhang Xuezheng.
