On July 18, 2025, the Secretariat of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services of Brazil issued Notice No. 56 of 2025, stating that a public interest assessment procedure for anti-dumping measures on polyether polyol with a molecular weight between 300 and 4500 g/mol and a purity of no less than 90% (including mixtures with a concentration of no less than 90%) originating from China and the United States has been initiated.
