It can be directly connected to the municipal water supply network without causing any adverse effects on the municipal water supply system. It replaces water storage tanks and rooftop tanks, fully utilizing the pressure of the water supply network for direct or indirect water supply, avoiding secondary waste of energy and secondary pollution of water quality, significantly saving infrastructure costs and shortening construction periods.


Traditional water supply methods rely on water stored in reservoirs, generally supplied by municipal water supply networks. This means that pressurized water entering the reservoir effectively becomes zero pressure, leading to significant waste of energy.

XWGType Non-Pressure Water Supply Equipment
consists of an intelligent variable frequency control cabinet, a steady flow tank, a pump unit, instruments, valves, pipelines, bases, etc., applicable for all water supply systems that require increased water pressure and constant flow.

When the WB type non-pressure water supply equipment is in normal operation, water from the municipal network enters the non-pressure steady flow tank, and air inside the tank is expelled through the exhaust valve. When the air is fully discharged, the float in the valve rises, moving the sealing head to the closed position, gradually closing the exhaust port and stopping the air discharge to prevent water outflow. When water flows normally in the steady flow tank, if a small amount of air accumulates in the valve to a certain extent, the water level in the valve decreases, causing the float to lower, and at this point, air is expelled through the exhaust hole.

When the pressure in the municipal network is lower than the required set pressure for users, the pump operates with variable frequency speed control to ensure that the pressure in the user’s network meets water requirements. The higher the pressure in the municipal network, the lower the pump speed; conversely, the lower the pressure, the higher the pump speed. When the municipal water supply pressure reaches the user’s requirements, the WB type non-pressure water supply equipment automatically stops working, and municipal water is supplied directly to users through a bypass pipe.
In the event of a municipal water outage, the water level in the steady flow tank gradually decreases; when it reaches a low level, the level gauge on the steady flow tank sends a shutdown signal, and the XWG Type Non-Pressure Water Supply Equipment automatically stops operation and displays a water shortage protection signal.
