FSB and FSB-D fluoroplastic alloycentrifugal pumpsemploy the most advanced external PTFE corrugated mechanical seal, characterized by its ability to compensate for radial runout of the pump shaft, single-end face sealing external type, easy to install and disassemble, intuitive working state, good corrosion and wear resistance, and multi-layer protection, which extends the mechanical seal's service life. For transporting corrosive media containing particulate impurities, it can be equipped with a hard-on-hard (silicon carbide to silicon carbide) mechanical seal without cooling water. 1. Pump Body: Both connecting parts on the left and right are made of one steel flange ring embedded in a molded plastic alloy.
2. One stainless steel plate (1Crl8Ni9Ti) is embedded in the right side of the rear cover, molded from plastic alloy.
3. Impeller: Connected via a shaft connection method, the metallic shaft is made of steel, precision machined and then wrapped in a molded plastic alloy, ensuring the impeller and metal shaft are securely bonded, guaranteeing that the shaft root and impeller rear section withstand the torque during rotation, with the wetted portion made of plastic alloy.
4. Mechanical Seal: Adopts WB2 type, ST type adjustable end-face seal technology that does not require cooling water, made from silicon carbide, high purity alumina ceramic, filled PTFE, graphite, and other materials.
