IH Type Chemical Pump has 29 basic types, among which 22 are dual-speed (2900, 1450 r/min), and through A and B types of impeller diameter cutting, it achieves 112 specifications.
Pump Structure:
The IH type pump is a series product designed according to the ISO international standard in the national pump industry, mainly composed of the pump body, impeller, sealing ring, impeller nut, pump cover, sealing components, intermediate bracket, shaft, and suspension components.
Pump Structural Features:
The pump cover is fixed on the intermediate bracket through a stop shoulder, and then the pump cover is clamped in the middle by connecting the pump body and the stop shoulder of the intermediate bracket. The pump body has axial suction and radial discharge, is foot-supported, and can be directly fixed on the base. The suspension components are fixed on the intermediate bracket through a stop shoulder and supported on the base with a suspension bracket. For easy disassembly, a long coupling is designed, allowing rotor components to be withdrawn for maintenance without removing the inlet and outlet connecting pipelines or the pump body and motor. Only the intermediate connecting piece of the coupling needs to be removed to take out the rotor components for maintenance. This is a commonly used structural form internationally.
Pump Rotation Direction:
The pump is driven directly by the motor through a long coupling, and when viewed from the motor end, it rotates clockwise.
Pump Shaft Seal Type:
Packing Seal: The pump cover is equipped with a packing chamber, using soft packing for sealing. Water with a certain pressure can be introduced into the packing chamber for sealing cooling, lubrication, and cleaning purposes.
Mechanical Seal: There are two types: single end-face mechanical seal and double end-face mechanical seal. Water under certain pressure is introduced into the sealing cavity to wash the two friction surfaces while also providing cooling.
The pump's sealing type can use packing seal or mechanical seal, as needed by the user, and can also adopt shaft seal types suitable for the sealing cavity dimensions and other structures specified in ISO3069, such as mechanical seals with bellows and auxiliary impeller seals, etc.
