The G-type single screw pump produced by our unit is reliable in quality, implements a three-package policy, has relatively low prices, and ensures the normal supply of spare parts. Our unit is dedicated to serving users and accepts design and manufacturing tasks for special requirements of single screw pumps. **Meaning of Screw Pump Model:** **Application Range of Screw Pump:** The G-type single screw pump, due to the special geometric shapes of its two components, creates separate sealing chambers, allowing the medium to flow axially and uniformly, with low internal flow velocity, constant volume, and stable pressure, thus preventing the generation of vortices and turbulence. Each stage of the pump has an output pressure of 0.6 MPa, a lift of 60m (clear water), and a self-priming height generally above 6m. Due to the stator being made of various elastic materials, this pump has characteristics that allow for the transportation of high-viscosity fluids and media containing hard suspended particles or fibrous materials, which are beyond the capabilities of general types of pumps. Its flow rate is proportional to the speed. The single screw pump has a compact structure, small size, and easy maintenance. It has strong adaptability to media, stable flow, low pressure pulsation, and high self-priming capability. The working temperature can reach 120°C, and if it is necessary to transport high-temperature media ranging from 120°C to 350°C, custom orders can be made.
