1. The 2XZ Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump is one of the basic equipment for extracting gas from sealed containers. It can act alone or as a booster pump, diffusion pump, molecular pump, etc., to maintain pump, titanium pump pre-pump. It can be used for the manufacture of electronic vacuum devices, thermos bottle manufacturing, vacuum welding, printing, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment repair, and instrument matching, etc. Because it has the advantages of small size, light weight, low noise, etc., it is more suitable for use in laboratories.
2. Within the temperature range of 540, under the condition that the inlet pressure is less than 1.3X103 Pa, it is allowed to operate continuously for a long time, when the relative humidity of the pumped gas is greater than 90%, the air bleed valve should be opened.
3. The inlet should not be continuously open to the atmosphere for more than one minute.
4. Not suitable for pumping gases that are corrosive to metals, chemically react with pump oil, contain particulate dust, as well as gases with excessively high oxygen content, explosive, toxic gases.
2XZ Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump Operating Instructions
1. Check the oil level, it is appropriate to add oil to the center of the oil mark when stopping the pump. Too low will not seal the exhaust valve and affect the vacuum degree. Too high may cause oil spray when starting in the atmosphere. During operation, the oil level will rise, which is normal. Use specified clean vacuum pump oil and add it through the oil filling hole. After adding oil, tighten the screw plug. The oil should be filtered to prevent foreign matter from entering and clogging the oil hole.
2. 2XZ Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump can be started once in the atmosphere or any vacuum level. If a solenoid valve is connected to the pump mouth, it should act in conjunction with the pump.
3. When the ambient temperature is too high, the oil temperature rises, the viscosity decreases, the saturated vapor pressure increases, and the ultimate vacuum will decrease, especially the total pressure measured by a thermocouple gauge. If ventilation cooling is enhanced, or the pump oil performance is improved, the ultimate vacuum can be improved.
4. Check the ultimate vacuum of the 2XZ Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump with a compressed mercury vacuum gauge. If the gauge has been thoroughly pre-evacuated and the pump temperature reaches stability, the pump mouth is directly connected to the gauge, running for 30 minutes, the ultimate vacuum will be reached. The value measured by the total pressure gauge is related to the pump oil and vacuum gauge, and the error of the gauge can be large, sometimes even significant, and can only be used as a reference.
