FY SeriesSubmersible Pump is a new type of pump developed by our company based on traditional corrosion-resistant submersible pumps by incorporating advanced technology from the same product by Sulzer, Switzerland. This pump eliminates the mechanical seals commonly used in other submersible pumps and adopts a uniquely structured impeller, making the pump efficient, energy-saving, leak-free, and long-lasting, thus widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, papermaking, metallurgy, and sewage treatment.
Submersible Pump Features
1. The pump is a vertical submersible pump, with an attractive appearance, installed directly on the storage tank of the medium being transported, without taking up additional space, thereby reducing infrastructure investment.
2. The elimination of mechanical seals resolves the issue faced by other submersible pumps, which require frequent maintenance due to wear of mechanical seals, thus saving operational costs and improving work efficiency.
3. It uses a unique heart-shaped double-balanced impeller for transporting clean media without solid particles, resulting in low vibration and noise, and high efficiency; it employs an open double-balanced impeller for transporting unclean liquids containing solid particles and short fibers, running smoothly without clogging.
