1. Submersible Aerator Application
　　QXB TypeSubmersible Centrifugal Aerator is used in various wastewater treatment projects for aeration tanks, aeration sedimentation tanks, pre-aeration tanks, and aerobic nitrification tanks, as well as for increasing oxygen in aquaculture ponds.

2. Submersible Aerator Principle
　　QXB TypeSubmersible Centrifugal Aerator utilizes direct drive from the motor to the impeller. The centrifugal force generated by the rotating impeller displaces surrounding water, creating a low-pressure zone that draws in the water flow. At the impeller inlet, a vacuum is generated that sucks in air, allowing for thorough mixing of air and water in the mixing chamber, resulting in a uniform gas-water mixture that is quickly expelled under centrifugal force.
　　Due to the strong water jet, effective water circulation is created, causing air to be sheared into a large number of tiny bubbles. This greatly increases the surface area of the bubbles, and because the bubbles rise slowly, a large amount of oxygen dissolves into the water, making the machine's power efficiency superior to other types of aerators.

3. Submersible Aerator Features
　　1. Unique mixing chamber design allows for high air intake, good mixing effect, and high oxygen utilization;
　　2. The gas-water mixture is expelled from the mixing chamber at a special angle, causing the water flow to spiral horizontally and then upward, providing both aeration and stirring effect;
　　3. The machine operates submerged in water, producing no noise. An exhaust silencer can be added to the air intake pipe to enhance the silencing effect.

4. Submersible Aerator Structural Characteristics
　　1. Uses imported Swedish Flygt submersible motor sealing technology for the underwater motor;
　　2. The impeller is directly connected to the motor, resulting in a simple structure, high efficiency, and long service life;
　　3. A mesh intake can be added to prevent foreign objects from entering the machine and causing unnecessary damage;
　　4. The air intake can be adjusted through the air intake valve;
　　5. Except for the motor, other component materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and cast iron are available for selection.
